“Discret, calm, the building looks for a dialogue with the site and the existing constructions that will also be redeveloped.” AF
The first impression, when entering the Bouchet site, is the grandeur of the vegetation.
These spaces classified ZNIEFF (Natural Area of Ecological, Floristic, and Faunistic Interest), have remarkable biodiversity, including poultry fauna.

The site has two distinct platforms offset by about 3 m in altitude. The program is the opportunity to face and erase them, to optimize the usable surfaces, and let nature develop in the areas thus freed.

The architectural reconstruction of the Bouchet site is the possibility of affirming its landscape qualities, exploiting its potential, and transforming its constraints into strengths. The goal is to offer a new identity to the Bouchet site concerning its environmental context and to harmonize its accommodations with the existing one.
