“Shared green spaces, a porous ground floor, large terraces facing the sky, views to the bay of Marseille and its iconic buildings; diversity within the unity of the same identity.” AF
We see the rebirth of Marseille.
We believe in acceptance of the controversy, acceptance of differences, as they enrich us more than divide us.
Our project organise space stably so that the “marseillais” can develop a protective intimity and a jointly liable sociability.
Our project revolves around a strategy that seeks equilibrium and the light.
We started looking for a fair density; the one permitted by the site, by the context – the one intended by the program.
We tried to introduce the quality of life in this new urban space: shared green spaces; a porous ground floor; large terraces facing the sky; views to the bay of Marseille and its iconic buildings; diversity within the unity of the same identity.
A responsible answer instead.
Four united answers in a single project.
