The urban study for the City of Montévrain seeks to develop areas for tertiary products in the Montévrain University and Montévrain Val d’Europe districts. This allows the design of a project that can share its objectives with the local community. The proposals also suggest modifications in the existing urban planning documents (increase in building heights, decrease in the number of parking especially in proximity of public transportation).
