The ex-cinema built in the \u201850s is composed of three bodies: two parallelepipeds with different heights contain a third volume covered by a 5-pitches roof. This roof covers up most of the hall of the former cinema. Despite the radical renovation of the building and its new function (it will house a residential complex, with a small shopping department, at the ground floor), the project intends to maintain the main features of the existing structure.
