The buildings that surround it, including mutual insurance companies play an important role in defining the space in front of the central station. The project is compared to the legacy of a rigid and modular design that remains in front of the building adjacent to the street Vitruvius and characterizes most of existing elevations. The project is to add a new level to the current status, with different architectural characteristics respect to the body below, and will voluntarily be seen as a new \u201ccrown.\u201d It is therefore to create a tripartite vertical (stand-crown-body) which communicates in urban scale, with the buildings that are around.
