Torrespaccata, located in the east sector of Rome, within the huge ring road, is about 60 Ha and constitutes mostly a residential complex. A part of the complex will be used for residential use (50%); another portion is intended for non-residential activities (50%). The project intends to establish: 1. the relationships and the procedures for the connection to the surrounding urban areas 2. the integration of the functions within the new settlement 3. important building procedures for the characterization of the public spaces The park will house the archaeological museum of Torrespaccata, a network of equipped areas and the services. The area adjacent to Cinecitt\u00e0 will house entertainment activities, belonging to the world of fashion. At the same time it could represent a meeting-place.
