The project is part of the territory as a building with homogeneous volumes and shapes. The regularity and the compactness of the fronts, the line given by the height that respects the limit of 20 meters, are important elements for inclusion both to small and large scale. The exterior trim of the volumes defines the edge of the lot and the head of the entire plant grounds. The project seeks a peculiar quality both artistic and formal, using different materials, colors and textures: ceramics, expanded metal and exposed concrete are the elements that make up the exterior facades.
