\nThe preliminary study consisted of examining the stock given a redevelopment of the entire complex and its use as offices. The first step was the examination of the surrounding conditions, to highlight the services present in the surroundings, such as public transport, bars, restaurants, etc. The area, presenting a large number of these, lends itself to an office refurbishment.
