Our belief is simple: the success of the Grand Paris will be connected to its inhabitants, its users, its citizens. To their appropriation of every urban space, tomorrow as today, because to transform the metropolitan area you must first transform how the city is experienced. Never the other way around.<\/p>\n

Our goal for Rueil-Malmaison is to arouse a desire in its inhabitants: the recovery of the “13th village” thanks to singular and coherent uses of the spaces.<\/p>\n

#Innovation. Experiment here to replicate elsewhere
\nOur project will develop the urban fabric of the Arsenale. However, its vocation is to shine beyond Rueil. Responding to the challenges of Rueil-Malmaison will therefore make it possible to adapt innovative models to the scale of the metropolis. Local opportunities will thus become sources to inspire and improve a Greater Paris.<\/p>\n

#Diversity. Bringing together the various actors for new ideas
\nEntrepreneurs, associations… We want to bring together different actors to build the city. This diverse ecosystem will give Rueil-Malmaison a new energy. Through this plurality, we aim to broaden the fields of innovation. Our goal: to create new synergies for the metropolis.<\/p>\n

#Pragmatism. Develop a realistic ideal
\nOur project is at the service of its inhabitants, evolving with them. Our intention is to develop the Grand Paris. This is why we reject great promises that are disconnected from real needs. We prefer to anchor our proposal to the context of the site, both current and future (with the arrival of the subway).
