\nThe base is cut transversely by a pedestrian ramp, a sort of promenade that connects the commercial spaces along the two main levels.
\nThe management tower rests above this “podium”, slightly inclined towards via M. Gioia, allowing maximum exposition to the sun for the new commercial square on the ground floor and greater visibility from the street level.
