Pietra Ligure’s new Masterplan project for the former Rodriquez Shipyards area originates from the need to redevelop an area of the city that has been disused for several years by setting the goal of creating an intervention that can both act as an attraction for maritime tourism and generate a new local economic growth.
\nThe intervention is based on the Chorus Life concept of socialization between generations, social and economic regeneration and the redevelopment of the area.
