Our design for the Anatole France site aims to create relationships and connections between the site’s characteristic elements.
\nWe seek to connect temporality with the existing: the time of the city, the time of the landscape, and the time of life and exchange.
\nTherefore, we propose an urban system that is generous with the landscape, capable of creating a sequence and rhythm in which each building passes the baton to the next. This continuity gives coherence to the ensemble while ensuring that each building has its own specific character.
\nThe result is an ensemble that dialogues with light and sun. We designed our project with a virtuous topography on the ground, a vertical elevation that breaks with the current horizontality that threatened to close the block in on itself.
\nOur approach is based on two fundamental themes: simplicity and richness created by the play of light and shadow that the urban structure brings to the site.
\nA generous approach to the perimeter of the site means creating a large central garden and taking advantage of the block’s landscape benefits.
\nResponsibility and generosity: these are the terms with which we imagined this piece of the city of La Valette-du-Var, and this complex that proposes architecture as a tool for perceiving reality, its context, and the city.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
