Generali Real Estate S.p.A., with the aim of enhancing the Procuratie Vecchie, has presented a restoration project focused on reorganizing the historic offices in compliance with regulations regarding safety, fire prevention, removal of architectural barriers, system upgrades, and the creation of a prevention system for Venice\u2019s high water.
\nWithin the project framework, the proposed uses are as follows:
