The project consists of the redevelopment of the entire site, including the renovation of the entire envelope and facades, the redevelopment of the outdoor spaces, the renovation of all the interiors, both for the common areas and for the offices and housing. The attention paid to the glass facade on Viale della Repubblica and the creation of a green roof make these spaces the characteristic elements of the project and offer a renewed identity and a new image to the site. The building is now recognizable from the public space.
\nThe main facade, whose levels are marked by protruding slabs emphasizing the band of each floor, is entirely glazed and bends to form curved and convex angles in an alternating manner; all of this creates movement and dynamism on the front of the building. The interior facade is more intimate and faces the courtyard of the building. It consists of linear balconies supported by frames and by the vegetation that colonizes the vases affixed to the railings.
