The project consists in the redevelopment of the facades with the installation of sunshades across the entire height of the four facades; the repair of the courtyard floor and the rehabilitation of the base of the facades in textured sandstone. The existing balustrades and parapets are replaced with materials of a similar color to that of the sunshades. Guardrails are installed on the woodwork. Frames are arranged around some of the windows.
\nOur proposal combines elegance, innovation, and sustainability, creating a harmonious and welcoming space for both permanent residents and tenants of the rooms overlooking the courtyard.
