The new Guggenheim will become the new urban place in the city. As exhibition spaces and relational spaces, the technology and performing internal exhibition volumes will be the counterpart to the outside ever-changing natural landscape. The functional program is developed along the north-south axis, with access to the north, from the Old Market Square. The sequence of spaces is organized around the central exhibition space of the Ziggurat and the rectangular volume.<br \/>\nThe visitor experience will be at the centre of the environmental strategy.
