The project foresees the redevelopment of the site through the enhancement of the structure as an industrial archaeology asset, its adaptive reuse in accordance with current regulations, and the integration of new activities serving the community.
\nThe aim of the project is to give back to the urban center an important landmark such as the former Fornaci, located in a strategically key position and junction for the whole territory.
\nThe project actions lead to the creation of a green structure that becomes a landscape within the landscape, a park crossed by a guiding thread: the cycle path that winds in a loop within the park and reconnects to the project of the municipality of Quartucciu.
\nThe ground within the plot is composed of mineral and vegetal slabs.
\nA system of squares composes and characterizes the ground by areas, thus defining the spaces.
