Un jeu simple et magique \u00e0 la fois.\u00a0\u00bb AF<\/div>\n<div class=\"descrizioneprogetto\">Le projet consiste en la requalification d\u2019un b\u00e2timent situ\u00e9 Via San Pietro all\u2019Otro (num\u00e9ros 22 \u00e0 26). Les fa\u00e7ades ne sont pas modifi\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLes espaces situ\u00e9s au premier sous-sol, au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et en mezzanine accueilleront des commerces, ceux situ\u00e9s du R+1 au R+5 des bureaux dont une banque au premier \u00e9tage. Les gaines seront au deuxi\u00e8me sous-sol, en couverture des espaces existants.<br \/>\nLes fen\u00eatres et enduits opaques c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue (num\u00e9ros 24 et 26) seront remplac\u00e9s afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le portique Via San Pietro all\u2019Orto, au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et en mezzanine.<br \/>\nLa pierre utilis\u00e9e comme enduit sur les zones invisibles est du marbre de pierre bleue.
