La zone ouest est plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9e et r\u00e9sidentielle, tandis que la zone directement reli\u00e9e \u00e0 piazzale Lodi est publique et agr\u00e9gative.\u00a0\u00bb AF<\/div>\n<div class=\"descrizioneprogetto\">La zone de transformation urbaine \u00ab Romana \u00bb est situ\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;ancienne gare de triage de Porta Romana, actuellement en cours de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement. La zone du projet est situ\u00e9e entre corso Lodi, viale Isonzo et via Ripamonti, trois grandes art\u00e8res de circulation de la ville de Milan.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nL&rsquo;aire de Transformation Urbaine \u00ab Romana \u00bb sera caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment fort du parc urbain, ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me du Collier Vert, dont il deviendra un \u00e9l\u00e9ment porteur.<br \/>\nLe parc permettra la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 nord-sud et ouest-est de la ville, qui pour le moment est interrompue par le lot qui, ferm\u00e9, cr\u00e9e un point de discontinuit\u00e9.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSuite \u00e0 la lecture urbaine, l&rsquo;analyse des contraintes et l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration des orientations envisag\u00e9es par le projet, les strat\u00e9gies urbaines du projet sont d\u00e9finies :<br \/>\n1. pour r\u00e9parer un vide cr\u00e9ant une perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te ;<br \/>\n2. utiliser les voies ferr\u00e9es non seulement comme une s\u00e9paration mais aussi comme une opportunit\u00e9 de connexion est-ouest ;<br \/>\n3. reconnecter le quartier \u00e0 la ville avec les liaisons pi\u00e9tonnes transversales ;<br \/>\n4. d\u00e9terminer les espaces verts et les surfaces b\u00e2ties r\u00e9sultant des sch\u00e9mas d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement ;<br \/>\n5. continuer l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment rideau pour donner une nouvelle identit\u00e9 sur le devant de la rue.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLes fonctions sont r\u00e9parties en 4 p\u00f4les \u00e0 vocation diff\u00e9rente.
