The urban study for the City of Montévrain is essentially based on the development of offices in the urban development zones Montévrain University and Montévrain Val d’Europe. The objective of this mission is to create the development axes and to define a development strategy for offices in this area. This work lets build a project and share the objectives with the community. These propositions are also used as a basis to suggest a modification of the urban planning documents applicable (increase of the building heights, decrease of the car-park number notably next to the public transports).
