Construction and identity
Redefining the shape of the built whole is done by restructuring the exterior facades. We also propose to completely rethink the interior ones. These actions are the starting point for the new morphology and the new identity of the building.
Simplified, the new geometry of the two bodies of the building develops in harmony with the last two floors, the highest level of which was born from the proposed elevation.
Visibility, uniqueness and functionality: these are the characteristics that guide our architecture for this project.
The two bodies of the building, autonomous entities yet part of a unitary whole, are linked by a new central and dynamic distribution: a central courtyard, a primary place protected at its ends by the volumes of the stairwells which, extruded and open to the outside, play with the materiality of the new urban fronts.
