On September 25, Alfonso Femia/ Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia, who signed the project of the Maison d’Action Publique at the University of Annecy, participated in the laying of the first stone.

After the visit to the construction site, Alfonso Femia with Brigitte De Jong, Simonetta Cenci and Giacomo Quercia met the main institutions of the Haute Savoie Department, the Region, the University and the city of Annecy.
