Alfonso Femia closes the series of lectures given as Design Ambassador for the ADI - Industrial Design Association, during International Design Day in Sydney on May 2, with a presentation entitled:
"Beyond Form: Voices, Visions, and Innovations in Italian Design." Addressing inequality is a theme deeply rooted in urban dynamics, from urban planning and infrastructure to the built environment, collective living spaces, and housing. Many answers can be found in this entire dimension, and design is an element that helps connect the different parts of the city and facilitate the relationship between the individual and society.
Moderated by Luciano Cardellicchio, Senior Lecturer in Architectural Construction at UNSW, and Melonie Bayl-Smith, Professor at UNSW.
