Alfonso Femia, director chosen by LP – Laboratorio Permanente per la Qualità Urbana, promoter and organizer of the event, presented the theme “TEMPODACQUA. The aquatic dimension of time” together with the call to action and the program, during the press conference that was held at the Triennale di Milano.
