"Extraordinary Calabria.The future of tourism."
Yesterday in Catanzaro Alfonso Femia participated in the event organized by the Region, chairing one of the six panels with a speech entitled " La Biennale dello Stretto: a new cultural chapter, oriented to become a legacy, economic and social resource for the Calabrian territory."
The event was attended by Anna Lia Paravati, President of the FAI Calabria delegation; Antonella Salatino, Component of the Regional Council for Ecclesiastical Heritage; Paolo Verri, Cultural Manager and expert in urban regeneration; Filippo Demma, Director of the Archaeological Park of Sibari and, ad interim, of the Regional Directorate of Museums Mic Calabria; Silvio Greco, biologist, Research Director of the Anton Dohrn Zoological Station; Ursula Basta, Director of Fili Meridiani Association; Luigia Granata, identity designer; Giovanni Aramini, manager of the Parks and Natural Areas Sector of the Calabria Region; Florindo Rubbettino, CEO Rubbettino Editore and president of Sudheritage Association.
The sessions focused on tourism as a fundamental key to economic and territorial development. Also attending the event: the president of the Region of Calabria, Roberto Occhiuto, and the General Director of the National and Community Planning Department of the Calabria Region, Paolo Praticò.
