COMPLEX FOR INNOVATIVE OFFICES / COMPETITION WINNER

Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia, with NGE Concessions and Cardinal Edifice, wins the competition for the construction of a complex for innovative offices in the ZAC Via Silva area in Cesson-Sévigné (France).
Welcoming offices, a work café and co-working spaces, the complex is also characterized by its ground floor where a wide hall with convivial areas is located.
Rhythm and sequence become the structure of the project, creating a dialogue with light, with the vertical concrete elements and the glazed base.

“In a time that requires for us to reflect on a future that will have to foresee different ways of imagining work places, meeting and conviviality spaces, the Cesson-Sévigné project anticipates this reflection by proposing a responsibility for project actions that seek balance in the urban relationship and its public spaces, and a spatial organization that creates a variable, flexible relationship with the user, with moments of generous "breaks", generating relationships on the main floors between the outside and the inside of the building."
