“The project is part of a wider global vision of the new district in Décines which is part of the Grand Lyon La Métropole. We aimed to create a transversal relationship to the urban system capable of enriching the city and the relationship with its territory, making the urban front porous and generously “expanding” the public space in order to create a new urban landscape.” AF
