Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia is among the names on display up to Thursday, Sept. 8th, in Florence.
The exhibition "Lonely Living. The Architecture of Primary Space," hosted by Rifugio Digitale, builds on the challenge launched in 2002 on the occasion of the 8th edition of the Venice Architecture Biennale: 16 sqm designed in chipboard panels. A reflection on the homelessness emergency, and psychological isolation and loneliness, taken up again twenty years later to return to reflect, in this post-pandemic moment, on the topicality of these existential issues.
