Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia and Politecna (mandated group leader) were announced in December 2023 as winners of the design competition issued by the Agenzia del Demanio for the reconversion of the former Litta Modignani barracks into the new headquarters of the Italian Revenue Agency and Archival Pole, in Pinerolo.
The project involves the reinterpretation of the historic facades by creating the compositional prerequisites for a dialogue between its different elements and with a special focus on a new relationship with the courtyard and the historic compendium.
