Construction work has been completed for the residential block designed by Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia for Nexity in Romainville.

"The project dialogs with the context and it is characterized by the use of matter and light. Each front defines its own specificity and explains the project in different ways. The diamond-shape ceramic, reflecting the light and the sky of Paris, makes the building shine in a thousand different shades. The wood recalls the close green hill.
