Beginning of the construction work for the Pitteri area in Lambrate (Milan) which involves the construction of two residential buildings characterized by a volumetry sculpted with the blue ceramics and by a variable sequence of balconies in wood/aluminium. Alfonso Femia, after Brescia and Paris, converts the residential theme, which declines the development in series of the project and its parts, into an open dialog with the enterprises in order to bring the architecture project back to the different types of home-making.
