In the context of the 80th Venice International Film Festival, 500x100 sb, Mediterranei Invisibili, La Biennale dello Stretto and Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia will be attending the Son of a Pitch Award ceremony, addressed to under 30 filmmakers.
The section Invisible Territories of the Border and of Tomorrow, created concurrently with the first edition of La Biennale dello Stretto, in 2022, thanks to Giuseppe Capicotto and Daniele Di Fausto, eFM - Engaging Places and Bianca Sartirana, Federico Caponera and Emanuela Genovese for Son of a Pitch, dedicates special attention to works that are inspired by and bear witness to the evolution of the Mediterranean World.
Alfonso Femia took part in the jury of the Territory section and Simonetta Cenci, partner of 500x100 and AF517, and general manager of Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia, will be awarding the winner Mohammad Bashir Setayeshpoor for the short film Only in Afghanistan.
