On March 5, 2025, Alfonso Femia, Francesco Romagnoli and Emilio Ranieri presented the project of the masterplan for the historic center of Latina to the City Planning Department.
A phased project: the city's centenary, 2032, is the first step that will be followed by subsequent interventions aimed at restoring Latina's identity as a city of water. By highlighting its original layout through a green program and through its "iconic" buildings designed in part by Angiolo Mazzoni, the project redesigns the city with a view to social impact.
Squares, public space, green spaces, enhancement of drainage channels, mobility, parking lots: interventions that are part of a 7, 15, 30 and 50-year journey, built through urban planning anchored in the future and a reconnection with nature.
