Alfonso Femia will be participating in the second day of the international conference "Public Heritage in Transformation" in Bologna on May 15 and 16, organized by in_bo, the Cherubino Ghirardacci Study Center, and the Order of Architects and Engineers of Bologna, as part of the European OLA_Open Landscape Academy project with the support of the Ministry of Culture.
The programme includes the redevelopment of the former port area of Trieste by Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia with Giovanni Damiani, Buromilan, Tekser, Deerns, Starching, Maelle Restauri, Graziano and the geological studies firm Masi, as well as the redevelopment of the industrial area project “Ex Fornaci Picci” in Quartu Sant’Elena, Sardinia, developed by Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia with Michelangelo Pugliese, Massimo Faiferri / SPA Studio Professionisti Associati and Tech Project.
