In the context of Seed23 Design actions for the future, Alfonso Femia, in dialogue with Massimo Pica Ciamarra, will conclude the work of the first session of the event focused on the proposed elaboration of guidelines for the "European Design Code aimed at the quality of living environments" on the assumptions of the "Directive européenne sur l'architecture et le cadre de vie" (Le Carré Bleu, 1997) and the "Code of self-regulation" (IN/Arch 1998, with the support of the Ministry of Culture)
