LA BIENNALE DELLO STRETTO 2024First stage for the Biennale dello Stretto 2024, a cultural project conceived by Alfonso Femia and promoted by 500x100sb, the Reggio Calabria Order of Architects with Ance Reggio calabria and in collaboration with the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, the University of Messina, the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria, the Metropolitan City of Messina, Ance Messina, the Municipality of Campo Calabro, the Municipality of Villa San Giovanni, the National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria and the Horcynus Orca Foundation.
The event opened on 18 September and will end on 14 December and is located in Forte Batteria Siacci in Reggio Calabria. The talks took place between the cities of Campo Calabro, Reggio Calabria and Messina.

The Biennale dello Stretto 2024 takes on a vast interdisciplinary dimension that, starting from architecture, investigates the interrelationships with photography, art, cinema and anthropology.
The first session was attended by 5,000 people, with 130 talkers on stage, including international guests from France, Spain, Holland, China and the United States. On show were 100 projects, 13 photographers, 25 artists.
A live Urbanism session in Villa San Giovanni, coordinated by curator Gaia Sgaramella, director of Fondazione Mobilità in Città.
