The first part of the new neighbourhood developed by Nexity in Romainville, where is also settled the « Villanova » concept (created by Nexity) for shared spaces and services for the inhabitants has been inaugurated. The coordinating architect of the area masterplan and the buildings already ended is the TVK agency. Now, the project developed by the Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia on the continuous hill and the park is under construction: a real urban head conceived as a search of equilibrium between collective and private dimension. The shapes and the volumes of the park that stage it create the fifth perspective of the volumes and typologies system thought by Antoine Viger-Kohler from the TVK agency. Alfonso Femia and his Atelier(s) give the project the role of telling the story, in its shape and composition, of the place, the living, the matter and the art (les Papillons) in dialog with light, nature and the bodies of the buildings delivering the feeling of belonging to all the new inhabitants of Urbagreen Villanova.
