Alfonso Femia / Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia (rtp representative), Proger, Magnanimo Ingegneri Associati and Land Italia won the design competition issued by the Italian Public Property Agency for the Justice Park in Bari. The project overturns normal urban strategies by proposing a large 12 ha park (70 percent of the area) that will house the city of justice.

"Intervening in Bari, a city-territory, invites the overturning of current methodological canons and the formulation of a generous and responsible design act. Mitigating and taming the infrastructural cuts that have separated areas of the city, creating segregation, are our primary goals."
