This morning, Alfonso Femia participated to Sibca at the Grand Palais in Paris where the winning project for the Ségoffin site, in the La Défense area, was announced.
The competition was won by the design team guided by Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia (architecture and urban planning project), WALD and Merci Raymond (landscape), ELIOTH, Group EGIS (for the sustainability/low carbon emissions aspects), for the promoters Pitch Immo and GA Promotion.

"The building is an expression of our feelings about the city in terms of design, its need to move from one future to another. It is a perfect opportunity to establish new relationships, set the ground for a different urban perception and update how we live to new social necessities.
These are buildings that communicate on multiple levels with each other, through greenery and the view into the neighborhood, an active basement that invites and welcomes, a valuable public space for sharing." AF
