Piani di Celle, neither really weak in urban quality not lacking in services, presents howerer the need for a “centre”, i.e. the site of urban image and identity.
The point was to use the site potentials operating on the seaside promenade by planning a connection with it from via Genova. The project has re-defined the territory both for vehicles and pedestrians through a new design of the areas, of the parking and also of the choice of different materials.
