“Constructing a suspended building in which the monolithic external introversion leads to an “Escher-style” layout of geometrically variable spaces in which justice is represented as a machine.” AF
The project works around a metaphysical rethinking of the layout of the existing building and develops a Gothic-style underground landscape of security functions, evoking the purpose (alas) which the building must serve.
This also means constructing a suspended building in which the monolithic external introversion leads to an “Escher-style” layout of geometrically variable spaces in which justice is represented as a machine.
