“Our project proposes a poetic and pragmatic vision of the silos. An idea of enhancing an industrial heritage not too distant in time for a present and future metamorphosis.
A place that connects history with contemporaneity.” AF
Our proposal for the redevelopment of the Louvres grain silos starts from the desire to perform a metamorphosis of the agricultural and industrial heritage of the municipalities of Louvres and Puiseux-en-France in a central and unifying place of the new eco-district.
Our project starts by respecting, expressing, and preserving the industrial identity of the site.
The symbolic and historical connection between the Louvres silos and the territory, between the towns of Louvres and Puiseux and their inhabitants, are also enhanced and strengthened, through its visibility in the landscape and public space.
Our project proposes a poetic and pragmatic vision of the silos. An idea of enhancing an industrial heritage not too distant in time for a present and future metamorphosis.
A place that connects history with contemporaneity.
