The building is located within the new area between Porta Garibaldi and the Varesine area.
It is located between Piazza Gae Aulenti at an altitude of +6.50 m, and via Melchiorre Gioia at an altitude of +0.00.
The base is cut transversely by a pedestrian ramp, a sort of promenade that connects the commercial spaces along the two main levels.
The management tower rests above this “podium”, slightly inclined towards via M. Gioia, allowing maximum exposition to the sun for the new commercial square on the ground floor and greater visibility from the street level.
The orientation and the blade shape allow for different types of facade treatments, ensuring maximum comfort inside the offices.
The south ceramic façade, reveals a vertical excavation where the public functions of the office are located, directly connected to the canteen and to the commercial spaces of the building base.
The north facade, completely glazed, seeks a “vibration” with different reflections and inclinations of the windows.
