Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia presents the project – developed for the competition organized by Fendi – for the new center of excellence in Florence and image of the Atelier(s)’ founding principles: responsibility in the relationship between territory, environment, work and production spaces. Light, matter, and human dimension.
The project is built through visual sequences, paths, and spaces. Each area, from the parking lot to the multifunctional space, has its very own relationship with the surrounding nature, creating a world suspended between the different land sections and the volumes that emerge from it.
“There are places that direct your gaze, guiding you in search of lines, and traces, that are hidden or partially visible.” AF
