The project consists in the redevelopment of the facades with the installation of sunshades across the entire height of the four facades; the repair of the courtyard floor and the rehabilitation of the base of the facades in textured sandstone. The existing balustrades and parapets are replaced with materials of a similar color to that of the sunshades. Guardrails are installed on the woodwork. Frames are arranged around some of the windows.
Our proposal combines elegance, innovation, and sustainability, creating a harmonious and welcoming space for both permanent residents and tenants of the rooms overlooking the courtyard.
Innovative materials and specific solutions improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of the building, as well as provide greater comfort in the rooms overlooking the inner courtyard.
