We aim to gather existing facilities that require relocation and integrate them harmoniously into a unifying space that encourages interaction and creativity.
The building we are designing is much more than a simple piece of infrastructure; it is intended as a natural extension of the square, open and inviting with its multiple entrances and exits. It is conceived to integrate seamlessly into the urban landscape while offering remarkable visibility.
Strategically positioned near metro stations, it becomes an emblematic landmark of the neighborhood, providing a strong architectural base while capturing the attention of passersby.
Transparency plays a central role in our design, enabling visual interaction between the interior and the exterior, thereby creating an open and welcoming atmosphere.
We aim to create a unique sensory experience through the use of materials, textures, and colors, each element carefully selected to establish a distinctive visual and functional identity. The spaces are flexible, reversible, and adaptable, capable of responding to the changing needs of users over time.
