“A will to set the perception of the tower on a line between interior and exterior, in a unique condition of visual relationships with the city and the landscape.” AF
Gioia 20 is located in a new area of Milan where a project must simultaneously respond to different themes, while interacting with the city and bringing new value to it.

We have chosen to fullfill each of the fundamental themes of a project: program, functionality, sustainability, urban relationships and their rules, and, of course, architecture. each of the fundamental themes of a project: program, functionality, sustainability, urban relationships and their rules, and of course architecture.
The building conquers its highest vertical dimension, distinguishing itself in different ways according to its various facades and, consequently, to its relationship with the context. Extremely vertical towards west, volumetrically enclosed between a vertical line and a diagonal line towards south, stratified to the east.
A surface that gradually becomes a line and ends in a point, rarefying towards the sky, becoming one with it.
The sequence of floors alternates along the vertical and the diagonal, in a series of double or triple height collective spaces (meeting rooms, break areas, etc), like glass boxes placed on the gradient line where the surface is treated with ceramics, in continuity with Gio Ponti’s tradition and heritage.
A will to set the perception of the tower on a line between interior and exterior, in a unique condition of visual relationships with the city and the landscape.
