“Two main facades. One of them opens onto the seaside and provides the apartments with comfortable terraces of varying width and depth on each level and serving each apartment. The other wall is a full-height ventilated facade featuring a colour scheme ranging from natural green to sky-blue.” AF
San Michele Tower is located in Savona city centre, just a few hundred yards from the shore. It has two main facades. One of them opens onto the seaside and provides the apartments with comfortable terraces of varying width and depth on each level and serving each apartment. The other wall is a full-height ventilated facade featuring a colour scheme ranging from natural green to sky-blue. The metal or glass-concrete features are like pixels marking the transition between the different shades.
The nursery school and primary school incorporated in the project are located close to an existing school and directly connected to the new landscaped space created on the roof of the public car park. A hanging garden, an authentic roof garden, will be accessible up a pedestrian ramp along Via Migliardi and Via Vené.
