“High energy performance thanks to a rational approch of the area, the climatic conditions and the project morphology” AF
The project for the Station of Susa has been developed in order to obtain a high energy performance thanks to a rational approch of the area, the climatic conditions and the project morphology. Some specific choices have been adpoted for the project:
– use of local materials as wood;
– work on the building morphology to favour the use of passive energy (sun, wind, natural light);
– use of solar power on the roof (5.200 sqm) producing until 1.300 kWh/sqm/day;
– the settlements chosen let, on average, a production of bio-climatic of about 200 kWh/sqm/day for the whole project.
